Poolstar is a distributor and innovator of swimming pool and aquatic wellness solutions. At Piscine Global Lyon, the world's leading trade show for the pool industry, the brand targets professional installers, distributors, and specialized buyers looking for the latest technical innovations and seasonal trends. Poolstar needed to simultaneously showcase several diverse product ranges, establish its brand identity in a highly competitive hall, and create a high-quality environment for hosting its international partners.

The challenge entrusted to AUKARÉ was one of consistency and impact: how to give 180 sqm the strength of a flagship store, make very different product worlds coexist without losing the Poolstar identity, and create a visual landmark that is immediately recognizable to both professionals who know the brand and those discovering it for the first time?
A stand of this scale is necessarily part of a multi-show strategy : the modular system of wooden slats and thematic zones was designed to be reconfigurable from one edition to the next.

AUKARÉ structured the 180 sqm around a strong architectural concept and a unique signature object: two towers at each corner with a vertical light wood effect, topped with a sculptural, 3D "P" in the POOLSTAR brand colors. This object, visible from the hall's two main aisles from a great distance, serves as an absolute beacon and establishes Poolstar as a major player in its field. The space was organized into thematic zones that are open and accessible from all sides, each dedicated to a specific product category, all unified by a common architectural language of vertical wooden slats, trailing plants, and an immaculate white floor that evokes the world of water without literally representing it.

Architecture & materials
The dominant architectural language is that of vertical wooden slats with a natural light pine effect, applied to all load-bearing structures, back partitions, and zone frames. These slats create a rhythmic, unifying texture that gives the stand visual coherence from any angle in the hall, establishing a warm, premium atmosphere that contrasts with the cold white laminate or classic pool-blue stands surrounding it.
The structure is adorned with trailing plants suspended between the slats, adding an organic, Mediterranean dimension consistent with the world of pools and outdoor wellness. The sculptural 3D "P" on the corner towers is treated as two assembled pieces: the P in blue and the star in red. At over three meters high, it transforms the tower into a standalone sculptural object that functions as a three-dimensional sign. Its clean graphic composition is reminiscent of urban architectural logos rather than trade show signage, immediately positioning Poolstar in a premium category.
Product zones
The Poolex / Heat Pump zone occupies the main facade with its raised light wood display podiums, understated technical labels, and a large-format LED screen broadcasting product content in real-world contexts. The products are presented individually on separate podiums, as in an industrial design showroom.
The Wellness zone is the most emotional space on the stand. Two green walls composed of dense mixed plants are each adorned with a "Wellness" neon sign in cursive letters, creating a dual plant-and-light display that immediately sets a spa and wellness atmosphere. In front of these walls, a spa and a therapeutic cold plunge are displayed in a real-world setting, complete with their associated treatment equipment, allowing visitors to directly visualize the user experience.
The Aquabike and aquatic fitness zone displays its bikes and aquatic cardio equipment against a large-format visual of a woman by a Mediterranean pool, anchoring the products in an aspirational lifestyle context rather than a purely athletic one.
The Sauna zone showcases its relaxation area in a cylindrical dark wood structure, accessible and tactile, so that professionals can evaluate the build quality in a real-world setting.
Screens & digital
A large-format screen is integrated into a strategic point of the stand, near the reception-bar area, broadcasting Poolstar product demonstrations and animations for the treatment range; a second screen is located in the Intelligent Pool Solutions by Poolex zone, presenting connected control interfaces and digital pool management solutions. This dual setup allows for the presentation of both physical products and technological solutions without creating a break in the visitor journey.
Colors & Identity
The palette is built around four elements: natural light wood for all structures and slats to provide warmth and a premium feel; immaculate white for floors, back walls, and furniture to evoke water and cleanliness without being too literal; royal blue and red for the sculptural "P" and brand accents to ensure visual impact from a distance and consistency with the Poolstar brand guidelines; and green for the trailing plants and Wellness walls to ground the space in a natural, Mediterranean environment. This palette is intentionally understated and refined, allowing the displayed products, which often feature bold colors (grey pumps, anthracite spas, etc.), to stand out without visual competition.
Visitor Experience & Journey
The journey is designed in three stages:
1. Long-distance attraction: The sculptural "P" on the towers is visible from the hall's two main aisles from a great distance. The arched white vault and trailing plants create a unique architectural silhouette in a hall otherwise dominated by orthogonal booth designs. The Poolstar banners positioned high on all facades ensure brand recognition from any point in the area.
2. Invitation to enter: The absence of counters along the facades, the wide entry points, and the open layout of products on low podiums signal a space for free exploration, free from sales pressure. Professional visitors are invited to explore at their own pace, touch the products, and get up close to the plant walls.
3. Engagement and conversion: Once inside, visitors are naturally guided through the thematic zones. The area with white tables and chairs at the heart of the booth creates a natural space for standing meetings where Poolstar teams can sit with partners for more in-depth business discussions. The entire setup, featuring products in real-world demonstrations, transforms the visit into a technical evaluation experience rather than a simple catalog browsing session.
