AUKARÉ: why our exhibition stand agency is rebranding

We’re not going to give you the usual spiel about strategic transformation and evolution. That’s not our style. So, simply put: our agency is changing its name. We are now called AUKARÉ. And before you ask: no, we haven't been acquired. No, this isn't a cosmetic rebrand to make it look like we’ve changed. And no, it doesn't mean we’re starting from scratch.

Where we come from and why it was important to say so.

For over 15 years, our team has been supporting companies with their trade show presence. We’ve designed booths, managed complex logistics, set up displays at 4 a.m. in chilly exhibition halls, and dismantled them with the same care as if it were the first time.

We learned the trade in the details. The ones you don't see from an office. The drafts during setup, suppliers dropping out two days before, briefs arriving too late, budgets shrinking at the last minute. And despite all that—or perhaps because of it—we developed something rare: a method that truly works.

For a long time, this method lived within a framework that wasn't entirely our own. We grew within it, we made something of it. But there came a point when the frame started to feel tight. Not because it was bad, but because we had outgrown it.

AUKARÉ: the name of maturity, not revolution.

Creating AUKARÉ is a choice for clarity. A choice to name exactly what we are, without compromise or detours.

The name wasn't chosen by chance. Look at the logo: the K inscribed in a square. That’s our method. Framing. Structuring. Aligning. From start to finish. "Au carré" (square/squared away). It’s not just a slogan on a brochure; it’s an exact description of what we do every day on every project.

The square is the perfect, controlled shape, with no blind spots. That’s what we aim for with every booth: no detail left to chance, every side polished, every decision aligned with the initial goal. So, when we looked for a name for this new chapter, there was no other choice.

AUKARÉ. The brand that contains its own method.

What changes, and what doesn't. Let’s be direct—it’s our habit.

What doesn't change: the team. The people you work with. The way we approach a project. The single point of contact from start to finish. The total responsibility we take for every commitment. The fact that we’ll tell you "no" when it’s the right answer, even if it’s uncomfortable.

This isn't a pose; it’s how we’ve operated from the beginning. And that won't change with the name.

What does change?

Independence, for starters. AUKARÉ is a 100% independent structure. That means simplified decision-making, increased agility, and the ability to adapt even faster to your on-the-ground realities. Fewer layers between you and the decision. More responsiveness where it counts.

Visibility, next. With a name, an identity, and a brand platform that truly represent us, we can talk about what we do with more clarity. We can pursue collaborations, projects, and markets that we couldn't easily address before. It’s not about ego; it’s about efficiency.

And finally, ambition. This new stage is not a finish line. It is a starting point. We have plans. We have aspirations. We have a team that wants to go further. AUKARÉ is the framework that allows us to do just that—seriously, and with precision.

Our vision of the business and why it remains unchanged.

We like to remind people of one thing: we don't just build stands. We build solutions that allow companies to meet, sell, persuade, and achieve their goals.

As explained by France Exhibition Stand Market CAGR 2026-2033 | Forecast Strategy & Growth Path, a trade show is a significant investment. In money, in energy, and in bandwidth for your teams. It would be a shame for it to be poorly managed.

Our role at theAUKARÉ agency, is to secure that investment. Not just by creating a beautiful stand—though we certainly know a thing or two about aesthetics—but by taking charge of everything you don't have time to manage, and everything you shouldn't have to manage. Logistics, suppliers, unexpected issues, technical trade-offs. We handle it all. So that when you arrive on-site, you have only one thing on your mind: meeting your clients.

That is what it means to be "au carré." And that, AUKARÉ or not, is not about to change.

For those of you reading this

If you have been working with us for a while, you may have received a message from your contact person before even reading this article. That was intentional. You are among those who helped build who we are today. We didn't want you to find out through a LinkedIn post. You deserve better than that. Your ongoing projects will continue without the slightest disruption. Your point of contact remains the same. All commitments made remain fully valid. What is changing is the name on our business cards, not the relationship. If you have any questions about the transition, your projects, or what this means for your next trade show, give us a call! We are here to talk about it.

And for those who don't know us yet: welcome. AUKARÉ is a stand design agency based in Lyon, with 14 years of field experience. We work with companies that want a trade show presence that truly serves their goals, not just something that looks good in photos.

Our method: agility, a culture of hands-on experience, and total accountability. Our promise: ultra-personalized support, from the first meeting to the final day of dismantling.

We don't do copy-paste. Every project is unique because every client is unique. And we are clear about this: we will say no if your brief doesn't hold up. Because that is what it means to support you properly.

If you are preparing for a trade show and want to talk about it—really talk about it, rather than just receiving a formatted proposal—get in touch. We prefer an hour of honest conversation over a week of quotes that don't hit the mark.

‍

AUKARÉ is a structure that reflects who we are. Direct, committed, and formidably efficient. We are moving up a gear. And we don't plan on stopping there. Have a stand project? Let's talk about it !
